What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges are based on Zip Code, State, and or Country you reside. Our system calculates charges using standard USPS, UPS and Federal Express shipping rates and are only approximations. There may be additional charges for special handling or packaging requests. Please contact us for further information.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also have other means of payment available. Give us a call if you have any questions.
How long will delivery take?
Usually orders are processed 7-10 business days from the order date. If we are backordered on items, we will promptly notify you either by email or phone. Cancellations may incur a restocking fee depending on the item ordered. Specialty or custom orders may not be cancelled or refunded.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We use AES 256 Bit encryption which means your online transactions are completely secured the moment your entry is made from our site. You can verify our encryption by clicking on the "lock" next to our URL (website address).
What exactly happens after ordering?
Your order is placed, product is produced, quality checked and shipped direct to you from our Honolulu facility.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes! Once your order is completed and payment has been approved the system generates an invoice number for your records. You can use this number to track your order through our site.
