Dark Roast

Dark roasts also cause the beans to develop oil on the surface of the bean resulting in decreasing caffeine levels. The caffeine level decreases as the roasted bean gets darker. Light Roast

Light roast coffees are light in color; usually light brown or tan. These types of coffee lack oil on the roasted bean and usually have the highest acidity levels.

Medium Roast

AF Coffee blends the finest coffee beans to give you the right balance of acidity and smoothness.
